Join us on Sunday, October 5th from 1-7pm to celebrate 5 years of ceramic-making and community-building in our Cedars Quonset hut!

This event is a celebration of our community and our collective love of art, food, and conviviality—bring your Copita for a little surprise…

Your $75 ticket will go towards servings of signature dishes and drinks from some of our award-winning chef-friends and hospitality homies. We’ll have music and vibes all day!

    Austin-based 'Top Chef: Texas' winner will be serving a Roasted Kombu and Chapulín-Cured Scallop Taco with salsa negra and pipián rojo.
  • Eduardo Osorio & Rogelio Chavez (Meridian)
    From the chef-duo reviving Meridian in the Village: Pasilla Wagyu Beef Cheek Taco with fennel escabeche, salsa kut, cilantro.
  • Mauricio Gallegos & Diego Monsalve (Ayahuasca Cantina)

    Mole Madre and Shredded Chicken Empanadas with Chipotle Aioli.
    Tlālli (Tla-Lee): ‘earth’ or ‘dirt’ in Nahuatl — Desolas, Aloe, Watermelon, Topo Chico.

  • Chormaic Sullivan (Pablo Pete's)
    Smoked Chicken Sandwich with pickled jalapeños, white bbq, fried onions, potato roll toast.
