Porcelain Pillow Plate

The Porcelain Pillow Plate was born from a collaboration between Marcello and Chef Shine Tamaoki, owner of Dallas’s renowned Pearl Sushi. Designed specifically as a "landing pad" for Shine’s elite omakase experience, this plate serves as the stage for some of the most seasonal fish deliveries in Texas. Every hand-pressed bite prepared by the chef is placed intentionally on this bubble-shaped surface—offering the guest the cleanest possible bite on a porcelain pillow.

Handmade for home cooks and professional chefs alike, this plate brings the precision of a high-end sushi bar to your own table. Its unique, pillowed texture and organic "bubble" form make it the perfect vessel for delicate appetizers, a single decadent dessert, or a curated tasting menu.
