Our Texas Night collection is a porcelain clay body that we dye a deep obsidian shade as an homage to ceramic-rich cultures with natural black clay deposits like Japan and Oaxaca. Much like a darkened sky, this night-hued collection alludes to the prairie sky, wide and high, deep in the heart of Dallas, Texas where our ceramics are crafted. Handmade for home cooks and professional chefs alike. 

This organically shaped Blanket Plate looks as though fabric draped over itself, hence the name. Use it to plate dessert, hold trinkets, or—as some customers have reported—it makes a great cat food dish for your fancy feline. 

Dishwasher and microwave safe. All of our ceramics are handmade in Dallas, Texas at Marcello Andres’ quonset hut. Perfectly imperfect: Due to variations in glaze and finishes, products may differ from what’s pictured.
