Join CATES Caviar for an intimate caviar and natural wine tasting. Guests will enjoy three curated caviar styles—each presented as a bump and a bite—thoughtfully paired with pours guided by a sommelier, concluding with a shared dish. The tasting blends education, indulgence, and a relaxed, social atmosphere — designed to make caviar approachable, fun, and memorable.
Everything Included in Your Ticket
- A guided tasting featuring three caviar styles: Black Osetra, Siberian Baerii, and Golden Kaluga
- Sommelier-led natural wine and sparkling pairings
- A family-style Smoked Trout Roe dish to close the evening.
- Each guest receives their own CATES caviar key and pearl spoon.
